Calls to our main number during business hours
are answered by a person who will be ready to respond to your
needs. Additionally, you will be given the cel phone numbers
of the primary tech who is assigned to your account and at least
one of the directors of the company. We are able to provide prompt
service in person and remotely; in most cases we are able to
start working on any unexpected problems within 1 hour of being
contacted. We have a remote access system that allows us to remotely
troubleshoot issues on any computer in your office as long as
there is not a problem with the internet connection. This saves
time and money as we can fix problems without having to travel
to your office.
