HELP DESK
Sometimes having a tech onsite is valuable. Sometimes it can be quicker to receive support over the phone. We provide both services at Parachute. Our techs can install a free, secure agent on your company's computers and servers to provide your employees with their own Help Desk through remote support. This agent will enable our knowledgeable techs to troubleshoot many problems without an onsite appointment. Whether onsite or over the phone, we provide the following basic services:
